Winds of Change

Winds of Change Organization is an outreach based, non-profit organization in Gaborone, Botswana formed in May of 2017. The organization was formed to with aspirations to use a more practical approach to women empowerment and development through physical interaction and meaningful exchanges. Winds of Change believes in solutions having more impact at younger ages hence why most of the projects and planned programs will always be directed at lower levels of education in public schools across the country.

Winds of Change piloted its first program in three public schools in the southern region of Botswana on the 4th of September 2017. The program is a needs assessment survey designed to test students attitude towards STEM subjects and fields as well as teachers perception of early STEM education.
